Nigel's journey from hospitality to skilled trades, marked by notable achievements, drives our commitment to innovation and excellence.

A graduate of the University of South Carolina and Florida International University's Chapman School of Business, Nigel's expertise in recruiting and team building is unparalleled. Leveraging over 20 years of leadership in Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, he leads our team with vision and determination.

Beginning his career in hospitality, Nigel's transition to the skilled trades industry sparked remarkable successes, including a notable 14% improvement in retention rates and the recruitment of over 300 service technicians nationwide.

​

As the visionary founder of EVOL Talent Partners, Nigel is dedicated to addressing industry challenges with tailored solutions. His unwavering commitment to accountability and talent development defines our mission to reshape the workforce landscape for the better.

Jada M. Addison, MA, MCCT, CPTD - Senior Partner

Jada M. Addison brings over 19 years of expertise in adult learning and development, specializing in training delivery and addressing workplace talent challenges. As one of approximately 5,000 professionals worldwide holding the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) credential from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), she currently serves as President of the South Carolina Chapter, ATD. During her tenure, she successfully transitioned the chapter to remote operations during the pandemic without interruption and secured the 2023 ATD Award for Excellence in Strategic Partnerships.

Jada holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the College of Charleston and a master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Webster University. Her career includes roles at The Charleston Place Hotel, BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina, and PwC’s Virtual Business Office, where she pioneered as Assistant Director of Learning and Development, leading a training team of 40.

Passionate about fostering psychological safety, Jada engages in succession planning, retention efforts, continuous process improvement, and cultural strategies that drive organizational success. She collaborates with government agencies on projects enhancing organizational culture and senior executive onboarding practices, with successes showcased publicly.

​

In addition to her role as Senior Partner at EVOL, Jada is the founder and CEO of Jada M. Addison LLC, enriching EVOL with her entrepreneurial perspective and extensive experience.

​

Outside of work, Jada enjoys exploring new restaurants, tackling escape room challenges, and traveling to historical and adventurous destinations.
