Client Services Agreement

1. Parties and Services
This Agreement is between Sevinson Arnold LLC, doing business as EVOL Talent Partners (“EVOL”), and the person who purchases a package (“Client”). EVOL will provide career advisory services in the package the Client selects. The Agreement takes effect when the Client completes payment.
2. Packages and Deliverables
EVOL provides the deliverables listed for the package the Client selects. Nothing outside this list is included unless agreed in writing.

The fees above are base fees. Any custom scope is quoted in writing before work begins.
3. Fees and Payment
The full fee for the selected package is due before work begins, by the payment method EVOL provides. EVOL starts work when it receives payment and the Client’s materials. Add-on sessions are paid before they are scheduled.
4. Timing and Client Responsibilities
EVOL delivers the first draft of each resume within 5 business days of receiving payment and the Client’s materials: a current resume, the target role, and the job description where one exists. Each package includes one round of revisions per resume. Mock interviews are scheduled within 30 days of payment, and the Client gives at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.
The Client is responsible for the accuracy of everything in their materials. EVOL will not add claims the Client cannot support.
5. No Guarantee of Results
EVOL commits to the deliverables in Section 2. EVOL does not guarantee interviews, job offers, salary outcomes, or any particular hiring result, because those decisions belong to employers.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
The Client may cancel within 48 hours of payment for a full refund, provided EVOL has not yet begun work. Once work has begun, fees are non-refundable. If a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, EVOL will correct it at no additional charge.
7. Confidentiality, Ownership, and Liability
EVOL keeps the Client’s materials and personal information confidential and does not share them without the Client’s consent. The Client owns the final resume and LinkedIn content. EVOL retains ownership of its own methods, templates, and frameworks. With the Client’s written permission, EVOL may share results or a testimonial. EVOL’s total liability under this Agreement is limited to the fees the Client has paid.
8. General Terms and Acceptance
This Agreement is the full understanding between EVOL and the Client. Changes must be in writing and agreed by both parties. It is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
The Client accepts this Agreement by completing payment for a package. EVOL accepts by beginning work. Electronic acceptance is valid.
